Our food brand launches into hummus

Our Emile Noël brand is expanding its range of spreads with the launch of 3 new hummus products, developed and cooked in Provence.

A trio of spreads ideal for healthy aperitifs that will satisfy everyone with remarkable color and taste.

Recipes developed and cooked in the heart of Provence, with a coral lentil recipe seasoned with coriander, lemon juice and garlic, a beet recipe made with 80% beet, and a more classic hummus recipe with chickpeas from France.

These new products join the existing range of Emile Noël spreads.

Borage

Virgin borage oil can be used internally (on its own or blended with other oils) for
(e.g. seasoning) or externally (massage, friction).

Its richness lies in gamma-linolenic acid (~20%), which is said to be essential because it is rarely found in nature and is not synthesized by the body.

Additional internal and external intake is therefore highly recommended; this fatty acid
essential for maintaining the structure of the cell membrane. As a result, it helps to maintain
skin suppleness and beauty. These fatty acids are essential for the formation and renewal of certain
so-called short-lived regulatory substances (in particular prostaglandin E1) which continuously control
cell activity.

Virgin borage oil limits water loss in the upper layers of the skin (anti-aging effect) and the development of eczema. It enhances the action of zinc in acne care, helps dry, rough damaged skin and promotes healing thanks to its important regenerative properties. Recommended for devitalized, tired or wrinkled skin.

Avocado oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (65%), helping to lower bad cholesterol levels.

Softening and protective, it promotes cell regeneration. Avocado was well known to the Aztecs and Central American natives, who used it in cosmetics to protect their faces from drying winds.

Legend has it that the natives also used it on their hair to promote growth.

The skin’s elastic properties are improved after regular use of this oil.

Avocado oil is extracted from the pulp of the avocado fruit.
