YOUR MISSIONS
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of raw materials and supplies to meet departmental requirements, from the start of the production chain to dispatch.
As part of the company’s global strategy, you will be responsible for optimizing the processes of the various stages of the Supply Chain.
- S&OP and MRP management :
Coordinate and improve the S&OP process,
Design the scheduling and procurement process in the new ERP.
- Planning :
Coordinate sales forecasting work with the sales department,
Draw up a medium-term schedule in line with process performance indicators (quality of service, control of inventory and product obsolescence, reduction of product losses, etc.).
Analyze production variances and indicators and implement corrective actions using Lean Management methods (PDCA, 5M, etc.).
- Scheduling :
Manage production orders and ensure ERP settings (range, bill of materials, etc.).
- Sourcing
Supply raw materials and packaging to production, packaging and shipping departments.
Monitor progress of supplies and implement corrective actions.
Optimize procurement costs with purchasing.
YOUR PROFILE
With an initial training of 3/5 years in Supply Chain or Production Management, you have experience in a similar position.
Very good command of office tools, especially Excel, and initial experience of ERP and APS is required.
