Sensory analysis

A true compass of taste by Emile Noël

All oils in the Emile Noël range are subject to the internal control plan set up by the laboratory. Every week, 10 tasters from the Huilerie laboratory blindly assess the organoleptic criteria of the olive oils to determine their category.

Organic farming regulations

    • A sustainable management system for agriculture,

    • High-quality products whose production does not harm the environment, human health, plant or animal health or welfare.

This method of production is based on the non-use of synthetic chemicals and GMOs, the recycling of organic matter, crop rotation and biological control.

Ecocert controls

The European Organic Farming Regulation defines the technical requirements applicable to the production and processing system.

Ecocert verifies in the field that these requirements are met by producers and manufacturers who voluntarily commit to this approach.

Inspections focus exclusively on the organic quality of the product and cover the entire production system: plots of land, seeds, fertilizers, herds, cultivation and breeding practices, storage facilities, processing, labeling, recipes, suppliers, distributors…. At every stage, Ecocert checks for the absence of GMOs, pesticides, petrochemical fertilizers, etc.
