A TRADITIONAL, ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Groupe Emile – Ingrédients & Solutions uses a traditional, artisanal method of production, using carefully maintained, old-fashioned screw presses to extract the oil slowly and gently.
The oil mill still uses the old screw presses acquired in the 1960s. These old presses run very slowly, thanks to a worm screw, at temperatures below 60°C. In this way, the seeds are heated less and their properties are preserved.
First cold-pressed virgin oils preserve the full value of fatty acids and natural vitamins, including vitamin E. This method enables the oils to deliver the flavor and finesse of the fruit or seed from which they are derived.
The artisanal manufacturing processes that characterize Groupe Emile – Ingrédients & Solutions oils combine health benefits with the pleasure of taste and gastronomy.
IN-HOUSE LABORATORY

Our in-house laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, carries out over 15 analyses per batch, certifying the quality of the products we deliver in terms of physico-chemistry, organoleptics and contaminants.
On request, we can supply :

– Samples (multiples of 100 ml)
Each year, the laboratory updates its control plan in line with current regulations and risk analyses carried out during the previous year.
Our laboratory validates its analytical performance by participating in an interlaboratory analysis circuit.
Supported by a regulatory department, its mission is to put in place all the tools and resources needed to ensure product compliance with current food and cosmetics regulations.
It carries out actions and procedures to maintain the multiple certifications obtained, namely :
