MISSIONS
As part of the production team, you will be involved mainly in the processing of seeds into oils, with the following tasks:
- Operating manufacturing equipment
Ensure that seeds are received, cleaned and stored according to defined procedures,
Start up, set parameters and shut down peripheral and inherent installations of the crushing unit,
Feed, monitor and adjust machines according to established rules or as requested by the referent,
Perform batch change operations
- Identify the characteristics of products and materials and their compliance with specifications
- Carry out cleaning operations and1st level maintenance tasks, and support the shift supervisor or maintenance manager for other maintenance tasks.
- Respect quality, safety and hygiene rules
- Use a computerized system to track production orders,
- Process information within the shift and communicate appropriately within the company,
You may also occasionally work in the company’s various units, such as packaging and shipping.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- CAP/BEP/ Bac Pro diploma,
- First experience in a similar position (2-5 years)
- Demonstrate autonomy and rigor, particularly with regard to hygiene, safety and traceability rules.
- Ability to adapt, to find solutions to problems, and to multi-task in other positions within the production & logistics department,
- CACES R 489 1A/3, electrical clearance
- Overhead crane and gondola a plus
- Computer skills required
