{"id":36159,"date":"2024-05-07T15:50:06","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T13:50:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/emilegroupe.fr\/jobs\/it-manager-f-h\/"},"modified":"2024-05-07T15:52:55","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T13:52:55","slug":"it-manager-f-h","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"http:\/\/emilegroupe.fr\/en\/jobs\/it-manager-f-h\/","title":{"rendered":"IT Manager F\/H"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" src=\"http:\/\/emilegroupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/telechargement-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36162\" style=\"width:365px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Groupe Emile<\/strong>, a family-run SME for 4 generations, is a<strong>pioneer of organic food in France<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Established in Provence in <strong>1920<\/strong>, the company has developed a number of business lines with the aim of traveling the world in search of the best raw materials.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim is to offer organic products of excellence based on recognized know-how in terms of Sourcing, Extraction, Innovation and Quality, through the <strong>Emile No\u00ebl<\/strong> and <strong>Emma No\u00ebl<\/strong> brands, <strong>Groupe Emile Ingr\u00e9dients et Solutions<\/strong> and <strong>the Fabric Sans Gluten<\/strong>.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a 3-person organization, we are looking for an <strong>IT Manager F\/H<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MISSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operational guarantor of productivity and security of technical resources, IT infrastructure and applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>  Network and security system administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining IT infrastructure in operational condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify needs and propose solutions adapted to the requirements and changes in the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalize the migration of the new system and network infrastructure and build a roadmap consistent with needs and available technical resources, while respecting the sustainable development approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the infrastructure while minimizing the negative impact on in-house businesses and subcontractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement infrastructure monitoring tools to detect any incidents that may occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  ERP, CRM, EDM, MES, EDI flows&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer hardware and software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT budget management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationships with publishers and expert service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical documentation and technical monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Setting up IT projects and supporting teams<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Draw up business requirements specifications to understand the various business processes and technical needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take costs, quality and deadlines into account when developing projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage work teams and support them as they develop their skills and gain autonomy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a working environment where all tools are optimally functional, reliable and seamless.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and change management for in-house software installations. In the case of external software, ensuring that users understand the new tools by acting as the contact person for both parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up assignments given to teams and report to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guaranteeing the solution: updating applications, drafting technical instructions, technology watch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in contact with the different business teams and work closely with them to understand their different issues and respond in the best possible way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Implementation and management of the company&#8217;s IT security policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring for all processing and projects the analyses of compliance with personal data protection regulations (RGPD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support operational data controllers in keeping their data processing registers up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define IS security policy and assess project risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify safety requirements and analyze project risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform and sensitize departments about IS, data and telecom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technical skills required :<\/strong><br\/>Linux, Windows Server, IOS<br\/>Active Directory, M365, Virtualization<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firewall, VPN,<br\/>Switches, Routers<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE COMPANY Groupe Emile, a family-run SME for 4 generations, is apioneer of organic food in France.
