This year, for the first time, New Harvest 2017 comes from the family’s olive grove in Spain. After 3 years of work and rehabilitation, the Spanish estate can finally offer us the best of its fruit!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In 2014, David Garnier, the founder’s grandson and current head of Huilerie, chose the exceptional qualities of the Spanish terroir to relaunch olive production, which had been abandoned in France following the 1956 frost.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The three varieties of olives grown on the estate are cold-pressed in a traditional mill, to preserve all the oil’s fruity notes.<\/p>\n

Marketed as a limited edition since early December, the “New Harvest 2017” is available in organic stores.<\/p>\n
