YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Area Manager builds loyalty among an active customer base and prospects potential customers to win new market share in the BIO network market, in line with the sales approach strategy defined by management.

As such, your missions are to :

  • Define and identify sales targets for organic specialty stores
  • Carry out commercial prospecting in line with sales strategy
  • Build customer loyalty by ensuring development and follow-up
  • Participate in various sales events (trade fairs, etc.)
  • Present and refer new products and promotional operations to customers
  • Make sales proposals to regional customers
  • Advise and support sales representatives in your area
  • Maintain performance dashboards to analyze results and take corrective action where necessary
  • Weekly activity reporting (indicators).

YOUR PROFILE

You have a minimum of 2 years’ commercial training and at least 3 years’ successful experience in a similar environment (food industry, organic network, supermarkets, etc.).

Your interpersonal skills, your sense of service, your administrative rigor and your commitment will enable you to succeed in your mission.

You have a perfect command of negotiation and sales techniques, and the art of persuasion is a real plus.

You are familiar with the organic market and its specific requirements.

You are fully conversant with IT tools (Pack Office, ERP, Internet, etc.).
