Shea butter has many virtues.
Anti-irritant, stimulating the upper layers of the epidermis, shea acts as a protector.
It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, vitamins and, above all, unsaponifiables (around 5%), which give it an emollient and anti-inflammatory action that encourages the penetration of active ingredients such as unsaturated fats and naturally-occurring vitamins.
Very good for the skin, it nourishes it and forms a protective film that prevents dehydration.
It is especially suitable for dry, damaged skin. It protects them from the cold and bad weather.
Karate butter can be used as a lip balm. It soothes chapped lips and leaves them shiny.
It also nourishes hair. It can be used as a mask or shampoo for dry, damaged hair. Applied before swimming, it protects hair from drying out.
