What is Nigella oil?

Black cumin oil is rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega 6), oleic acid and trace elements.

It is a source of balance to complement a healthy diet that deeply respects your body from the inside out. This oil is therefore a dietary supplement, an essential ally for all those who want to radiate vitality through a balanced, energetic and fortifying diet!

Nigella oil has a cumin taste.
Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and trace elements, it contains 1.4% of molecules belonging to the essential oil family. It is known for its calming, softening and regenerating properties. This oil is also recommended for scalp care (e.g. to combat hair loss).

Instructions for use

Storage: Nigella vegetable oil is sensitive to oxidation. It is best stored in a cool place (no more than 20°C, protected from the air) and in a well-sealed bottle. Ideally, it should be kept in the fridge to avoid rancidity, which could make it toxic.

Its history

Black cumin oil has been used for its medicinal properties for over 2,500 years. It is native to the Mediterranean region.

In Egypt, doctors added black cumin seed to all the Pharaohs’ dishes for its nutrient and medical benefits.

Muhammad is said to have said of black cumin oil, “Black cumin oil cures all diseases except death.”

Queen Nefertiti used black cumin oil for her radiant complexion.
