What is walnut oil?
Organic virgin walnut oil is especially prized for its exceptional taste. It enhances all flavors.
It’s important to remember, however, that this oil provides a rare and essential fatty acid (not synthesized by humans), alpha-linolenic acid. Deficiency in this fatty acid leads to disturbances in visual and brain function, especially during growth.
Virgin walnut oil also contains vitamin E.
It is not recommended for cooking.
Thanks to its vitamin B6 content, walnut oil is beneficial for hair.
Walnut oil massages are recommended for children with growth disorders.
